Our Facility

901 Rail Drive in Watertown, New York is home to our distribution facility and operations offices. The distribution facility is a 110,000-square-foot facility stocked with over 8,400 products subdivided into dry, refrigerated and freezer categories. In addition to our Corporate Headquarters, we have regional offices located in Syracuse, Malone and Lake Placid, New York.

Technologically Advanced

Renzi uses state of the art technology in all our trucks with on-board computers to create viable and expedient routes to customers across the Northeast. This technology reduces miles driven, fuel consumption, as well as providing real and accurate delivery estimates for our customers. Meeting all DOT compliance standards and our continuous focus on safety is part of our Delivering the Difference mission.

In addition to our truck advancements, we have invested in cutting edge technology for our warehouse operations with real time wireless warehouse data management systems and in-bound barcode scanning and voice directed order picking. A newly designed and updated website includes Renzi Connect, our online ordering system, which provides our customers with an advanced business model that meets their ever-changing and growing needs.

Energy Conserving

All Renzi trucks feature the latest energy conserving refrigeration systems, compartmentalized based on temperature to use the least amount of refrigeration possible. In addition to our warehouse utilzing high efficiency refrigeration systems, our entire facility uses motion sensor lighting and high efficiency heating systems to reduce energy consumption. Moreover, we operate a paperless warehouse managements system and recycle 100% of our cardboard, plastics and wood pallets.

Raising the Standards

Food safety and sanitation is of the utmost importance to our company mission and we have maintained a 95% or above ASI Superior audit score for the last six years. We recently completed our 2017 audit with another "Superior" rating score of 99%. The audit scores are given to a foodservice distribution facility for food safety, HACCP, sanitation, security and distributor best practices for compliance with an outside food safety auditing company. These high rating scores are among the highest given by ASI and speak to the unsurpassed dedication and tireless work ethic of our warehouse and facilities teams.
