Our annual food show was a great way to meet our ever growing customer base, to interact with our dedicated sales, purchasing, & marketing teams, and to enjoy this time together to build and foster relationships while discovering opportunities for your business.

Our show featured over 130 vendors that provided solutions to all aspects of your business. Our vendors showcased items from appetizers, main entree items, desserts, produce, non-foods, chemicals, and more for everyone to enjoy! Also available was Renzi Fresh Produce, Supplies & Equipment booths, as well as Frozen Fruits and Vegetables for more great ideas to bring to your menu!

As we commemorated our 40th anniversary, Renzi Foodservice welcomed our loyal customers who have continued to show their commitment and dedication, and our new customers who have chosen us as their local family-owned and operated independent foodservice distributor.

Anita Shaffer, RD
Program Manager, Global Nutrition, Campbell Soup Company

 

Anita received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Dietetics from Drexel University and completed her coordinated undergraduate internship at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. As part of the Global Nutrition team, Anita serves as the nutrition lead to support the full force growth C-Fresh business, North American Food Service, and Campbell Americas Business Innovation projects. She also serves as the lead nutrition administrator for the Campbell Recipe Management Central system, Campbell's enterprise-wide solution for recipe nutrition and cost analysis and menu development. Prior to joining Campbell in 2012, Anita worked in numerous capacities as a Registered Dietitian, including Director of Operations Support for Menu Management for Chartwells K-12, a division of Compass Group, North America; Director of Patient Food and Clinical Nutrition Services at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden, NJ; Dietitian for Nutrition Education at Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia, PA; and Quality Assurance and Training Manager and Clinical Dietitian for the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. As a clinical nutritionist, Anita specialized in nutrition care for the critically ill and patients with hypermetabolic conditions requiring specialized medical nutrition support.
