Lehman Dining Center, PACES Dining Service, is hosting a local foods dinner Sept. 20 for students and the campus community. PACES has a long-standing history of supporting and working with local growers throughout the region. In addition to working directly with local producers, PACES has direct access to a host of NYS producers and growers through Renzi Foodservice of Watertown.

Renzi Foodservice Gives Back to Area Communities

The Renzi Food Show on April 4 brought over 1000 visitors to Lake Placid and a commitment to local communities and the environment. Held at the Conference Center at Lake Placid, the show not only helped spur the local economy by generating overnight stays and Main Street foot traffic in a shoulder season, but it also provided local families and organizations with donations of food.
