This training will prepare your restaurant operation to meet the new state mandated training requirements for foodservice personnel. This class will empower employees with the knowledge and skills they need to prepare and serve food safely. The registration fee covers the cost of the ServSafe Essentials textbook, exam, and proctoring of the exam. This is an 8 hour course, and the exam is taken during the final 2 hours.
Cost: $250.00 per student
In order to be eligible to take the exam, students must bring a valid ID and a #2 pencil.
Registration is required 3 weeks prior to date of class - workshops require a minimum number of participants in order to run. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified 7 days prior to the start of class. With early registration, the student will be sent a text book prior to the start date of the class. Students will be given a one hour lunch break.
